Returns Policy

We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on non-stocked or special order items. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 1800-680-2959 for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 20% Restocking Fee may apply. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be honored.


Payments Policy

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER, as well as CASH, CERTIFIED CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS. We dont do COD's .Sorry, No Personal Checks. We also accept Paypal payments from verified Paypal accounts. Please contact our sales department for more information.

Warranties Policy

All of the products sold by JJs Automtive and JJs Automtive racing, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Most of our products are designed for off-road use only and they are not legal for use on public highways. JJs Automotive and JJs Automotive racing is not and will not be responsible for parts not being smog-legal in your area. Many parts are not legal for any pollution controlled vehicle. It is your responsibility to be aware of your local emissions laws and checking for legality of any parts purchased.
